CadenaLingo is operated by Harris Multiservice LLC. By using this Service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance

By using CadenaLingo (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. The Service

CadenaLingo is a language learning application that provides vocabulary lessons, conversation practice, and AI-powered chat tutoring. The Service is provided by Harris Multiservice.

3. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

4. Free & Premium Plans

• Free: Access to all vocabulary packs, flashcards, chain conversations, voice input, and spaced repetition. Includes advertisements.
• Premium ($5.99/month): Ad-free experience plus AI Chat tutor access. Fair use applies.
• Family ($12.99/month): All Premium features for up to 4 learners under one billing account. One main account (email required) plus up to 3 sub-accounts (username only).

5. Payments & Cancellation

• Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
• You can cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of a charge.

6. Promo Codes

Promo codes grant temporary or permanent premium access. Codes cannot be resold, are non-transferable, and may be revoked if used fraudulently.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
• Submit abusive, harmful, or misleading content through card flags or AI Chat
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free trials or promo codes

8. Content

All lesson content, audio, images, and conversation chains are owned by Harris Multiservice. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content.

9. AI Chat

AI Chat is powered by Google Gemini. Responses are generated and may not always be accurate. The AI tutor is for language practice only — it is not a certified instructor.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. Harris Multiservice is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You can request account deletion at any time via harrismultiservice.net/contact.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
